Full Paper Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit Full Papers through the online submission system
FORMATTING GUIDELINES
This document provides details of the preferred style for formatting your paper. The paper will be published exactly as submitted, so please follow the guidelines carefully.
The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format.
The paper must represent the author’s original work.
The paper must be written in clear and professional English.
Please indicate one to three relevant themes from the conference tracks for your paper.
The title must not exceed 15 words.
Use font size 11, single spacing, single column, with wide margins (refer to the template).
The extended abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, using A4 page settings.
Supporting figures and tables may be included where relevant.
All tables, graphs, and line drawings should be prepared in editable formats (Word, PowerPoint, or Excel).
AUTHOR DETAILS
Author information must be included in the submission. Please carefully review and follow the format requirements contained in these guidelines when preparing your paper.
PLAGIARISM
1) All papers submitted to iCEL2025 must undergo a plagiarism check before being reviewed.
2) Submissions must include a Turnitin (or equivalent plagiarism checker) report with less than 20% similarity. Papers with more than 20% similarity will be automatically rejected.
3) Copying of content from other articles is strictly prohibited.
