SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY

If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, they may nominate a substitute to attend in their place by prior arrangement with the Secretariat. The name and details of the proposed substitute must be submitted to the conference committee at least one (1) week before the conference date, provided that full payment has been received.

Please note that the conference operates under a No Refund Policy. All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Participants are strongly encouraged to consider substitution as the only option should they be unable to attend.
